การฝึกปฏิบัติงานทางคลินิกในการตรวจวินิจฉัยและการดูแลรักษาผู้ป่วยอุบัติเหตุและภาวะฉุกเฉินที่ พบบ่อย การทาหัตถการพื้นฐาน การคิดวิเคราะห์และการตัดสินใจด้วยวิจารณญาณ บนพื้นฐานของเวชปฏิบัติอิงหลักฐาน จริยเวชศาสตร์ และกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง การส่งต่อผู้ป่วย การทางานเป็นทีม การให้คาแนะนาและปรึกษาผู้ป่วยและญาติเกี่ยวกับโรคทั้งในด้านการรักษา การป้องกัน และการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพ
Clinical practice in diagnosis and management of patients with common accidents and emergency conditions. Practice in basic procedural skill. Clinical reasoning and decision making according to evidence- based medicine, medical ethics and related laws. Referral systems. Team work practice. Advising patients and relatives for treatment, prevention and health
promotion.

EMER 692 EXPERIENCING IN EMERGENCY MEDICINE

เงื่อนไขที่ต้องผ่านก่อน : นักศึกษาแพทย์ชั้นปีที่ 6 หรือตามความเห็นชอบของภาควิชา
การฝึกภาคปฏิบัติเพิ่มเติมด้านเวชปฏิบัติฉุกเฉิน โดยศึกษาอาการและอาการแสดง การวินิจฉัยโรคการตรวจ ทางห้องปฏิบัติการฉุกเฉิน การตรวจทางรังสี การบาบัดรักษาเบื้องต้นในเวชปฏิบัติฉุกเฉินของโรค ทางอุบัติเหตุและเวชศาสตร์ฉุกเฉิน ตามเกณฑ์มาตรฐานผู้ประกอบวิชาชีพเวชกรรม ภายใต้พื้นฐานทางจริยธรรม และการสื่อสารให้คาปรึกษาแก่ผู้ป่วยอย่างเหมาะสม การให้ลาดับขั้นเป็นที่น่าพอใจ (Satisfactory :S) หรือไม่เป็นที่น่าพอใจ (Unsatisfactory : U) Extended practice of Emergency Medicine including symptomatology, emergency approach, diagnostic tests, radiological investigation, initial treatment and resuscitation of accidents and emergency conditions from standard minimal requirement from Medical Council. Approach to general emergency problems in Thailand includes initial resuscitation of trauma and non- trauma cases, pre- hospital treatment, EMS system under medical ethics. Practice and improved communication skills for advisory patients and relatives. Grading will be given on satisfactory or unsatisfactory basis.
