Short biography
I earned a Ph.D. in Biochemistry and Molecular Genetics from the University of Virginia, USA. My Ph.D. thesis focused on RNA biology, HIV, and the design of RNA-based therapy to combat HIV pandemic. Currenrtly, I am interested in combining bioinformatic and functional researches (wet lab) to (1) investigate how RNA modification could affect the survial of HIV, retroviruses, and other RNA viruses, as well as to (2) identify neoantigens in cancer for further use in immunotherapy.
