• A/C means Line A is interchanged with Line C.
• Thursday OR resident of room each line (A and C and B and D pair together, the rest of the OPD is circulated as a major OPD) The instructor in charge of surgery has a schedule.
• Every room has an instructor who enters the OR to supervise (there is a schedule to specify)
