Type 1.1  :  Student with Master’s Degree  Degree Requirements                            48      credits

Type 1.1 : Student with Master’s Degree

Degree Requirements 48 credits

317898 Doctoral Thesis                  48      credits

1. A student has to organize seminar and present paper in English on the topic related to his/her thesis for one time in every semester for at least six semesters and students have to attend seminar every semester that the course is offered.

2. A student has to participate in training on research ethics on human subject and ethics on animal research provided by the Faculty or University under suggestion of supervisor.

3. Dissertation work or a part of dissertation work must be published or at least accepted to publish in an international journal at least                   2 papers with the student as the first author, 1 of papers must be listed in ISI, Scopus, IEEE, PubMed or Web of Science database or have patent  under the Graduate School’s criteria.

4. At least 1 dissertation work or part of dissertation work must be presented in an international conference accepted by the field of study.

5. A student has to present thesis progression to the Department meeting every semester.

6. A student has to report thesis progression to the Graduate School every semesters which approved by  the Chairman of the Graduate Study Committee.

2. Program requirement

The student may enroll other graduate courses(s) as visitor (V) under the agreement of the advisor.

1. A student must complete a qualifying examination to evaluate his/her ability before presenting a thesis proposal.

2. An unsuccessful examinee may take re-examination within the following regular semester.

Type 1.2: Student with Bachelor’s Degree

Degree Requirements 72 credits

1. A student has to organize seminar and present paper in English on the topic related to his/her thesis for one time in every semester for at least ten semesters and students have to attend seminar every semester that the course is offered.

2. A student has to participate in training on research ethics on human subject and ethics on animal research provided by the Faculty or University under suggestion of supervisor.

3. At least 2 dissertation work or a part of dissertation work must be published or at least accepted to publish in an international journal listed in ISI, Scopus, IEEE, PubMed or Web of Science database with the student as the first author or have patent under the Graduate School’s criteria.

4. At least 1 dissertation work or part of dissertation work must be presented in an international conference accepted by the field of study.

5. A student has to present thesis progression to the Department meeting every semester.

6. A student has to report thesis progression to the Graduate School every semesters which approved by the Chairman of the Graduate Study Committee.
