Osteoarthritis is a common symptom of Thai elderly paitent. Osteoarthritis is a degenerative disease that commonly seen in hip and knee joints. Moreover, they can be caused from rheumatoid arthritis, gouty arthritis or posttraumatic arthritis. ACL injury is a anterior cruciate ligament injury. It is a common sport injury of the lower extremities in soccer, basketball or runner. Diagnosis by physical examination and MRI are necessary. Heel pain is a common presentation in working age. Morning heel pain after waking up and pain after long-period walking are usually symptoms of the patient. X-ray sometimes shows bony spur underneath the heel. Treatments consist of medications, physical therapy including radial shockwave therapy, exercise and shoe modification can help. Clubfoot is the disease of foot deformity in newborn that caused of gait abnormality and limbing in children. It caused by genetic or abnormal birth defect.
