All of materials could be access from CMUL OPAC Database except audiovisual collection which are available from CMU Medlib CD-ROM Database

The users can borrow any books, journals, publications and audio-visual materials according to the Circulation regulations.to check out library materials, a student should have their CMU ID barcode card at the Library at the time of course registration and present it at the circulation desk when ready to check out books. The person checking out the book must be the person pictured on the ID. Those not currently affiliated with CMUL but needs to borrowing library materials, may register for a member and check out books with a Main Library card, contact for registration at the front desk.
Loan periods
iPad Loan : iPad Loan service for searching information about Health Science. This item have medical database applications and e-magazine service. iPad are only for using inside the library.
Renew: You may renew items borrowed from web page up to three times.When renewing for the third time, you MUST renew the item at the circulation desk.
Fines: Library materials must be either returned or renewed on or before the due date. If not, fines will be assessed. Patrons may not check out any more books until overdue materials are returned. In addition, fines on overdue materials must be paid before the materials can be renewed.Fines are 5 Bahts per day per book.
To reserve a book which was borrowed by another users, the user has to fill out and leave a reserved form at the Circulation Desk, notification will be informed when the book return.
Membership Application: All members of CMU staffs and students who have identity card or smart card will be generated as the borrower's barcode on their cards. Proof of continued studying physicians (medical residents) will be issued a borrower's card by bringing 1 photo and fill in member's form at the Circulation Counter. Visiting scholar or lecturers for a short period will be identified by official letter from their Faculty's Department for using library services.
ILL Service is rendered to both our users and the libraries's requests from around the in country in photocopies, the transferred PDF files or reprints from authors.
Who can use ILL Service ? Academic staffs, physicians, graduated students of Faculty of Medicine are able to ask for the article journals photocopies or some chapters books photocopies.

Reference Service is giving the medical staffs, health science students and members of the library in assisting with any problems in using the library, answering questions about the library's collections, equipments and services, verifying reference sources for readers or researchers etc.
Reference Service also includes Selective Dissemination of Information Services (SDI) and Medical Information Alerting Service.
Reference desk standby on 6th floor at library open hours.
Training and Library Orientation for using the Library , finding materials in the library, and medical databases online searching are also available.
IT Room on 8th floor at library have 15 computers which are connected to the CMU Network for student's use for academic purposes.
and IT Corner on 6th floor at library have 20 terminals for medical staff and instructors to search the CMUL online catalog, Medline & other databases throught the Faculty's Lan.
