1. On the Medical Library, CMU. home page click the e-Databases

 2. Click the UpToDate Logo and Redirect to UpToDate.com

 3. Check "Welcome, Maharaj Nakorn Chiang Mai..." and Click Log in/Register

 4. Fill information in Registration Form and create user name and password

Passwords must be 8-24 characters and contain at least 1 uppercase letter and 1 number or special character. The following special characters are allowed:

 5. Click Submit Registration and Accept "Subscription and License Agreement"

This is a onetime registration. Once registered, you will receive email confirmation from UpToDate.

You will use your username and password to access UpToDate from mobile apps and the UpToDate website login.

 You are now able to download mobile apps on up to two devices:(Smartphone/Tablets)

Use your UpToDate Username and Password created during the registration process to log in to the app

In-application & email messaging will inform you of the need to verify affiliation with your organization. Complete verification by logging in to UpToDate from Faculty of Medicine Network (LAN) at least once every 90 days.

 2. Open up UpToDate by going to Medical Library, CMU. home page

Click e-Databases ->Click the UpToDate Logo

 3. Login with your username and password

Your account will automatically be activated.
